Shipping policy

Your amazing backdrops will enter the production stage and your orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

Please note we can’t responsibility for any extra delays carrier companies may experience because of weather or other causes. Remember the carriers like USPS, UPS or DHL are third-party companies. Once we deliver your order to the carriers we can’t make any changes of address or expected delivery times.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please do this before contacting us:

- Double check the address and ZipCode you used to place your order.

- Use the tracking information you received in the “Shipping Confirmation” email to track your order.

If the address you used is the correct one and if you should have received your order already, please contact us at support@paradisebackdrops.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Also remember you can track the order via the carrier website’s tracking tool.
